Takahiro Kudo.

Much of Takahiro Kudo’s sculptures remind me of macabre scenes in horror films. In particular, his skin-like chair, floating torso of sewn skin, and hairy wall sculptures, seem reminiscent of Jeepers Creepers and Silence of the Lambs. Though these works give me chills, there is something captivating about Kudo’s sculptures. I find it difficult to look away.
