Do-Ho Suh.


Do-Ho Suh is a successful Korean artist. His work has been shown in the Whitney Museum of American Art, Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Seattle Art Museum, and many others. PBS has even featured him on their successful documentary show, Art 21. In general, his sculptures and installations have been well-received. Do-Ho Suh's work tends to focus on the viewer. He purposefully tries to draw attention to the way the viewer occupies space, what their position in the world is, etc. His work centers around themes of identity and individualism within contemporary society.
